We are experts in CRM services and platforms, including SalesForce, CleverTap, MessageBird, Antsomi, Tableau, Talon.One, Medallia, and AIQ Line CRM.
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and implement customized software applications and system integrations to support digital marketing and CRM initiatives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
● Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, test plans, and user manuals.
● Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
● Team guidance and support when there is required
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related technical field.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Html
● Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Relevant technical certifications.
● Experience in field of consultancy industry is a plus
