Job description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced SEO Account Manager to lead and manage SEO strategies across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on SEO campaigns while collaborating closely with clients, internal content teams, and technical specialists to deliver measurable outcomes.

Our goal is to partner with businesses to harness their customer data and help them build long-term meaningful relationships. We are experts in CRM services and platforms, including SalesForce, CleverTap, MessageBird, Antsomi, Tableau, Talon.One, Medallia, and AIQ Line CRM.
Responsibilities
● Develop and manage end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals and industry
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO audits
● Provide SEO recommendations to improve website structure, content, and backlink profile
● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
● Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
● Serve as the main point of contact for SEO clients, presenting strategy updates, reports, and performance reviews
● Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
● Train and mentor junior SEO staff if needed
Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO with proven success in managing client accounts
● Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
● Excellent understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Outstanding communication and client management skills in English
● Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
● Experience working in a digital agency environment is a plus
