Job description

We are a Thailand-based agency providing end-to-end Digital Marketing and CRM solutions to both local and international clients across industries such as ecommerce, healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, and automotive. Our Technology Team plays a crucial role in architecting scalable MarTech and CRM ecosystems that enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the media trading platform with the objective of delivering the overall lowest cost per desired metric.

2. Core Platforms to operate: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager Double click Bid Manager. (TikTok ads, Line Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Marketplace platforms - Lazada, shopee, etc. would be plus)

3. Day-to-day tasks include:
● Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Shopee.Lazada and all Digital media Campaigns.
● Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Keep the client service team updated on any issues related to client campaigns so that we can work together with the client to resolve them.
● Work with the various technology platforms including DMP, DSP.
● Able to confront and solve problem if there is
● Up to date media trends of online and offline outlets.

4. Primary responsibilities:
a. Accountable for the flawless launch of advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook and other Digital Media Platforms.
b. Support the Client service team in providing insights on current campaigns for routine reporting and optimization action plan.
c. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and trading platforms.
d. Allocate budgets and monitoring costs
e. Determine the best media mix for online campaign
f. Set up Google Tracking (GTM) for clients.
g. Provide weekly updates on advertising performance, including spending and key KPIs, to the team lead.
h. Updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
i. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
j. Recommendation reporting and do analysis.

Qualifications

● Google Search Ads Certified.
● At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, focusing on Google Ads , Facebook Ads and Google Tag Manager.
● Experience with martech tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media buying tools & analytics platforms.
● Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution models, and pixel/UTM setup.
● Strong understanding of programmatic terms and concepts.
● Excellent communication, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
● Self-driven, adaptable, and able to collaborate well in a team environment.
● Passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies.
● Well communication in English.
