Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce System Analyst with a strong background in development and business analysis. The ideal candidate will possess Salesforce Development and Consultant certifications, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and optimization. This role is crucial in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of Salesforce functionalities to enhance our CRM capabilities.

We specialize in leveraging data and cutting-edge technology to address critical challenges in the realm of CRM and Marketing Technology. Our goal is to partner with businesses to harness their customer data and help them build long-term meaningful relationships. We are experts in CRM services and platforms, including SalesForce, CleverTap, MessageBird, Antsomi, Tableau, Talon.One, Medallia, and AIQ Line CRM.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
● Identify gaps between business processes and Salesforce capabilities, providing recommendations.
● Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
● Perform system configurations, integrations, and data migrations to ensure seamless Salesforce operations.
● Develop and execute test plans to validate new features, configurations, and integrations.
● Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing user issues and implementing system improvements.
● Conduct training sessions for business users and create user guides/documentation.
● Work closely with business teams, IT teams, and external vendors to implement Salesforce projects
● Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant.
● Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
● Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
● Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration patterns, and data management.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components) is a plus..
● Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot is an advantage.
● Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
