Job description

We are a Thailand-based agency providing end-to-end Digital Marketing and CRM solutions to both local and international clients across industries such as ecommerce, healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, and automotive. Our strong digital marketing team fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. We also welcome the use of various local platforms to enrich and diversify the work experience.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
● Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in digital marketing, CRM, and MarTech solutions.
● Lead and deliver persuasive client presentations and proposals (in both Thai and English).
● Develop tailored strategies and costings aligned with client goals and agency capabilities.
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent pre-sales communication.

Marketing & Branding
● Develop and execute the company’s marketing plan and brand strategy to increase visibility and reputation in the market.
● Oversee content creation, case studies, social media, and thought leadership campaigns that reflect the agency’s expertise.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing communications align with the company’s positioning and tone of voice.
● Plan and manage events, webinars, or partnerships to promote the agency’s capabilities.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work with internal departments (Strategy, Creative, Tech, CRM) to build winning proposals and ensure client needs are met.
● Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve business and marketing strategies.
● Report performance metrics and insights to management regularly.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles—preferably within a digital agency, consultancy, or MarTech company.
● Proven track record in generating new business and managing strategic pitches or proposals.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
● Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
● Understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing technology solutions.
● Proactive, creative, and results-oriented personality.
