Audience IQ help companies navigate these waters to develop world class trading desk and programmatic media programs that save money, provide data ownership and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing communications.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you will handle client service for Key accounts. This includes the following responsibilities:
● Be the center point of Contact for the customers under you management. Build strong relationships and trust.
● Ensure strong communications between the client and the AiQ Operations teams to properly set expectations, and give clients confidence in our services.
● Day-to-day tasks include:
- Keeping clients advised on status of all team projects and ensuring projects are being managed in a timely and cost efficient manner. This is done by providing accurate information to the Trading Analysts so the campaign can be set up correctly and optimised to perform well.
- Reassuring the client on all matters relating to their area of the business.
● Primary responsibilities:
- Accountable for the flawless launch of advertising campaigns.
- Interface regularly with clients, during proposal development and campaign optimization process to share feedback on performance, feasibility, provide guidance and recommendations
- Provide end-to-end support for clients and agencies in regards to client servicing, campaign performance and reporting.

Qualifications

● Minimum experience of 5 years working in digital/client service background
● Passionate about digital & interested in strategizing based on numbers
● A strong understanding of Digital media Platforms: Google, Facebook, Youtube.
● A Strong understanding of Web Analytics including Google Analytics.
● A people person & strong relationship builder
● Embrace the constant change that is the digital world
● Smart & intellectually curious
● Able to multitask & work well under pressure
● Must have own transport & be willing to travel for work
