Job description

To support the implementation and management of AIQ’s technical Platforms. AIQ Provides a range of Ad Tech and Mar Tech platforms to the market. We are looking for someone to support in all stages of development: Pre Sales, Strategy Support, Implementation CRM Platform Technology execution and Ongoing CRM Campaign support. Will utilize the various Customer Engagement platforms under the AIQ portfolio including: CleverTap, Insider, Hubspot, Salesforce, Chat Automation and more.

Audience IQ is pioneering the way that Companies and Brands will operate their Digital Marketing Programs. Advertising technology is disrupting the media and advertising landscape. More of the offline and online media channels are automating the entire process from planning to buying, campaign execution, optimization and reporting. As the technology becomes ubiquitous, the control is shifting towards those who can effectively utilize the platforms of the future. Audience IQ helps companies navigate these waters to develop world class data driven marketing programs using advanced platforms such as Salesforce, Taboola and more. We help companies save money, provide data ownership and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing communications.

Responsibilities

● Manage Implementation and Operations of core CRM platforms inside of the AIQ Portfolio: CleverTap, Insider, Hubspot, Salesforce, Automate Chat and more.
● Be able to support and guide team in terms of technical capability and implementation of the platforms
● To interact with all levels of organization for maintenance and development of a scalable CRM platform.
● Train customers on how to use CRM platforms.
● Work cooperatively with the marketing team and all functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of planned CRM campaigns.
● Deliver on KPI of customer retention and repeat purchase.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience implementing and managing CRMsolutions at an enterprise level (Saleforce.com, Hubspot and/or other)
● Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
● Understanding of CRM systems and infrastructure.
● Strong analytic mind and experience in interpreting data. Data Analytics Skills
● Experience in Database programming (SQL, SAS, SPSS, ACCESS and etc.,)
● Knowledgeable in Database
● Experience in Web development languages: HTML, CSS, Java, Node JS.
● Passionate about digital & interested in strategizing based on numbers
● Embrace the constant change that is the digital world
● Smart & intellectually curious
● Able to multitask & work well under pressure
● Proficient communication skills
● Proficient in English and Thai
